Zoo staff killed ostrich and blame the horse

Animal caretakers at a zoo in France blamed a shovel horse after hitting a dead ostrich.

The zoo staff in the city of La Teste-de-Buch, southwestern France felt very taken aback when they discovered the corpse of a baby ostrich with serious injuries, Sud Ouest reported.

The zoo says a horse was killed killer ostriches. However, investigators confirmed dead ostrich because a blow on the head with a shovel. Court indicts zoo keeper 2 months in prison and 4 months' probation.
